I grew up in East Alabama, spending much of my early life in Talladega and St. Clair counties. My journey eventually led me to The University of Alabama, where I had the incredible honor of playing football for the legendary Coach Paul “Bear” Bryant. The lessons I learned on the field—discipline, teamwork, and perseverance—continue to shape my approach to life and business.
Since 1996, I’ve been dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses safeguard what matters most through comprehensive insurance solutions. Whether it’s personal or commercial insurance, life insurance, or annuities, my goal is to provide security and peace of mind for my clients.
I have a passion for growing The Grogan Agency, which now has six locations across central and north Alabama. Expanding our reach allows us to better serve our clients and communities, ensuring that more people have access to trusted, tailored insurance solutions.
Outside of work, my life revolves around what I call my three “F’s”: Faith, Family, and Friends. Whether it’s spending time at the lake, the beach, cheering on Alabama football, or simply enjoying the comfort of home, I cherish the moments that bring connection and joy.

Robyn Davis
Robyn Davis
I have always called the South home, growing up in Jackson and Brandon, MS, and later living and working in South Carolina and Alabama. I proudly graduated from Auburn University in 1986—War Eagle!
My journey in the insurance industry began in 1995 in South Carolina after a career in marketing that involved extensive travel. While I enjoyed the fast pace, I wanted a career that allowed me to serve others while having more time for my family. That calling led me to Alabama in 1997, where I joined The Grogan Agency. Now, with over 30 years of experience as a licensed insurance professional, I take great pride in helping individuals and families secure their financial futures. I believe in educating my clients, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring they have the right coverage to protect what matters most.
Beyond my career, my heart belongs to my family. My husband Joe, my son Payton, and my daughter-in-law Amber bring so much joy to my life. I love sharing stories about them, just as I enjoy connecting with clients on a personal level.
In my free time, I enjoy classic and modern movies, reading biographies of inspiring figures, and traveling to new places. Lunch outings with friends, grilling out, and spending quality time with loved ones are some of my favorite ways to unwind.
Giving back is also a passion of mine. I coordinate volunteer efforts at my church to support local food banks and homeless shelters, finding fulfillment in helping those in need. Whether through my career, community service, or personal connections, my goal has always been to make a difference in people’s lives.

With over 11 years at The Grogan Agency and a strong background in business and insurance, I take great pride in ensuring our agency runs smoothly while providing our clients with exceptional service and support. As The Grogan Agency’s Business and Accounting Administrator, I oversee the financial and operational aspects of the agency while also holding a professional insurance license.
I grew up in the Irondale-Leeds area and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama’s School of Business. My education laid a strong foundation for my career, and over the years, I have witnessed the insurance industry evolve. I stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices to enhance our agency’s operations and better serve our clients.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, relaxing at the beach, and growing flowers. I value growth, stability, and the joy of helping others succeed, whether in my professional role or personal life.

Born and raised in Commerce, GA, I found my way to the Gardendale/Fultondale area in 2001 and have called it home ever since. My journey in the insurance industry began in 2002, and from the very start, I knew I had found my passion. Helping people protect what matters most to them isn’t just a job – it’s a privilege. I love building lasting relationships with my clients and guiding them through their insurance needs with care and expertise.
Family is at the heart of everything I do. As a proud mother of five and grandmother to thirteen wonderful grandkids, I do my best not to talk about them too much—but it’s hard to resist! When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me enjoying a good movie and some ice cream with my husband, spending time outdoors in the yard, or simply soaking up life’s quiet moments.

I was born and raised in Gadsden, AL, and my husband and I moved to Odenville, AL, in 1999 after we got married.
I’ve been in the insurance industry for almost 20 years. I took a break for a few years after having our son, but I’m thrilled to have been back for nearly four years now! I love helping people and ensuring they have the protection they need for whatever life may bring.
Spending time with my husband and son is my greatest joy. We love being outdoors, gardening, and playing with our two energetic Labs. I also enjoy crafting with my Silhouette machine and building Legos with my family. On the weekends, you’ll likely find us outside, soaking in nature and appreciating all that God has blessed us with.

With over four decades of experience, I’m not just an insurance professional—I’m truly passionate about what I do. Since starting my career in 1978, I have dedicated myself to understanding the complexities of commercial lines insurance, earning prestigious designations like CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) and AINS (Associate in General Insurance). My extensive work with industrial businesses, retail operations, lessors’ risk, and contractors has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges these industries face.
What I love most about my work is that insurance is never static—it’s an ever-evolving industry that keeps me engaged and motivated. I thrive on crafting tailored insurance solutions, ensuring that businesses have the right coverage to protect their assets. Whether working directly with clients or collaborating with carriers, I bring problem-solving expertise, industry insight, and a passion for helping others feel secure.
Beyond insurance, I have always had a love for the water. In our younger years, my husband, Randy, and I were avid scuba divers—he was the spear fisherman, while I enjoyed searching for shells. Though we’ve traded deep-sea adventures for relaxing beach days, we still find joy in being near the water. When I’m not watching classic movies or spending time with our cherished pets, Tikki and Wilson, I enjoy the outdoors—even when it means getting my hands dirty with yard work.
Even after more than 40 years in the industry, I remain as passionate as ever about guiding clients through their coverage with confidence. My depth of knowledge, problem-solving skills, and unwavering commitment allow me to continue helping businesses find the best insurance solutions for their needs.

I grew up in Pinson, AL, near Turkey Creek, and after marrying my husband, Chandler, in December 2022, I made Oneonta, AL my home. That same year, in October, I joined The Grogan Agency, where I have found my passion for helping businesses protect what matters most.
As part of The Grogan Agency’s Commercial Insurance Department, I specialize in helping businesses navigate their insurance needs with confidence. I work closely with clients to ensure they have the right coverage for their assets and operations, tailoring solutions to meet their unique risks. My goal is to provide exceptional service, clear guidance, and peace of mind, so business owners can focus on what they do best while knowing they are protected.
Beyond my professional role, I am proud to be an Army wife and embrace the unique challenges and rewards of military life. In my free time, I enjoy crocheting and sewing, creating everything from cozy blankets to stylish bags. Whether at work or at home, I love problem-solving, building connections, and making a difference in the lives of those around me.

Born and raised in Trussville, Alabama, I attended Mississippi State University, where I cheered for the All-Girl Cheerleading Team, before earning a degree in Food and Nutrition from The University of Alabama. During college, I met my husband, Matt, and we’ve been happily married since 2015. Together, we have a son who is the light of our lives.
Before joining The Grogan Agency, I spent six years in the health and wellness industry, helping others achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. Now, as The Grogan Agency’s Systems Administrator, I ensure our technology and processes run efficiently while supporting our team and clients.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, watching my son play sports, and making memories at the lake. I’m excited for this new chapter in insurance and look forward to helping our agency and clients thrive.
Bill Hart

Bill Hart brings more than three decades of experience in the insurance industry to The Grogan Agency. His career began running a debit route for Independent Life when applications were still written on paper and premiums calculated with a graph. Over the years, Bill built his own successful agency—eventually selling it in May 2024 before quickly deciding retirement wasn’t for him. His background also includes leadership in commercial metals, serving as Sales Manager at DataFax, and owning and selling multiple businesses with his wife.
Rooted in hard work and a love for helping people, Bill’s career reflects his passion for protecting clients’ assets and delivering the best value possible.
Originally from a family that moved frequently, Bill proudly calls Two Egg, Florida home, where his family property has stood since 1889. He and his wife, Tracy, have been together for 37 years and married in their hometown. Their son, James, serves as a Captain in the U.S. Army and is currently stationed in Korea, while their daughter, Erin, lives in Tuscaloosa and works in a veterinary clinic.
Outside of insurance, Bill enjoys cooking—Mediterranean dishes are his specialty—and browsing antique malls for unique artwork. Deeply committed to community service, he currently serves as Lieutenant Governor for Kiwanis of Alabama, coordinates Red Cross blood drives, and is also a Methodist pastor.
Bill’s wide range of experience, dedication to service, and strong community ties make him a valuable part of The Grogan Agency team.

I was born in Florence, Alabama, but at the age of five, my family relocated to Hamilton, where I attended Hamilton Elementary and later graduated from Hamilton High School in 1973. I went on to earn a degree in Business Administration from The University of Alabama, which laid the foundation for my career in insurance and community service.
For most of my professional life, I served as a Nationwide Agency Principal, a role I held from 1982 until 2018, when I merged my agency with The Grogan Agency. My passion has always been working with people to find the right insurance solutions, ensuring they have the protection and peace of mind they need.
Beyond my career, I cherish spending time with my grandchildren and staying active in political and civic organizations. I enjoy lake life and water skiing, as well as making the most of time with family and friends.
My commitment to the Hamilton community has led me to serve on numerous local civic boards, including the Chamber of Commerce, Industrial Development Board, and Kiwanis. I am also honored to hold leadership roles as Chairman of the Marion County Republican Party, Chairman of the Financial Oversight Committee for the Alabama Republican Party, and Chairman of the Hamilton Industrial Development Board.
I take great pride in serving both my clients and my community, and I remain dedicated to making a positive impact wherever I can.

I grew up in Hamilton, AL, where I attended school and graduated from Hamilton High School in 1997. During my time there, I was proud to play for the Hamilton Aggies football and baseball teams, developing a strong sense of teamwork and dedication that I carry into my professional life.
My insurance career began in 2004, working as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and later as an agent for the David Hall Insurance Agency. In 2014, I expanded my expertise by working as a contractor for an insurance adjusting company based in Mobile, AL, covering the northwest region of the state. Eventually, I returned to The Grogan Agency, where I take great pride in helping individuals and families find the right coverage at the best price to protect their hard-earned assets.
I am happily married and blessed with two wonderful children, who are truly a gift from God. My passion for helping others extends beyond my work, as I enjoy lending a hand wherever needed in my community. In my free time, you’ll often find me spending weekends assisting my parents, ensuring they have everything they need.

I grew up in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and graduated from Tuscaloosa Senior High in 1967. In 1984, I earned a Business degree in New Car Dealership Management from Kettering University. With a career in the insurance industry spanning over three decades, I have dedicated my professional life to helping individuals and businesses find affordable insurance solutions that meet their needs.
For years, I owned Odum Insurance Agency in Winfield, Alabama, until merging with David Hall Insurance in Hamilton in 1998. In 2019, we became part of The Grogan Agency, allowing us to continue providing top-notch, personalized service to our clients. My greatest satisfaction comes from helping customers protect what matters most while ensuring they receive the best coverage at competitive rates.
Beyond insurance, I have a deep passion for computer-based technology, including web design, programming, and hardware/software development. In my free time, I enjoy taking long walks with my rescue dog, Chewy, grilling on my smoker, and hunting.
For over 30 years, I have been an active member of the local Lions Club, serving as Treasurer for much of that time. Through this role, I have been fortunate to contribute to meaningful community initiatives and positively impact many lives.

I attended Walker College (now Bevill State Community College) and have built a career spanning over three decades in the insurance industry. With 34 years of experience in life insurance and annuities and 33 years in property and casualty insurance, I specialize in both personal and business lines. My goal is always to help clients save money while ensuring they have the right coverage to safeguard their future and assets.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and attending church on Sundays. Faith and relationships are at the heart of everything I do, both personally and professionally.

With 36 years in the insurance industry, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and businesses protect their assets. Providing clients with peace of mind and financial security is what makes my work so fulfilling, and I take pride in delivering personalized solutions and expert guidance.
Outside of work, I have a passion for tennis, a sport that challenges me and keeps me active. I also have a well-known sweet tooth for cake, which is hard to resist! When I’m not on the court or assisting clients, I enjoy unwinding with a good Netflix binge.
Beyond my personal interests, I am committed to giving back, especially through my involvement with The Houston Project for Veterans. Supporting and advocating for those who have served our country is a cause close to my heart, and I am always looking for ways to make a meaningful impact.

I grew up in sunny Florida and completed my high school and college education in Georgia before relocating to Alabama in 2020. Since then, I’ve embraced the laid-back, rural lifestyle and found a home at The Grogan Agency, where I’ve been part of the team for three years. Within my first year, I earned my producer license, and I take pride in educating clients on the importance of insurance while helping them find the best coverage at competitive rates.
Helping others has always been my passion, and I love providing top-notch customer service. Knowing that I can bring peace of mind to my clients by ensuring they are protected in case of an accident is incredibly rewarding. The best part of my job is the sense of security and confidence I can offer to those I serve.
Outside of work, my world revolves around my 12-year-old daughter and 16-year-old son, who recently started driving. Experiencing this milestone firsthand has given me a new appreciation for the challenges parents face when their teens hit the road.

As a lifelong resident of Fort Payne, AL, I have always been deeply connected to this community. After graduating from Fort Payne High School, I attended Auburn University before beginning my career in insurance. Since 1983, I have proudly served as Office Manager and Associate Agent in our Fort Payne office. I originally worked alongside my husband, Bud Davis, and after his retirement in 2013, I continued serving clients with our son, Chris Davis.
With decades of experience, I find the most rewarding part of my job is helping people from all walks of life every day. Whether assisting families or business owners, I strive to provide guidance, support, and personalized insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.
Outside of work, I cherish spending time with family and traveling. I especially love shopping with my granddaughter, creating special memories together. In my free time, you’ll often find me cooking, reading, or enjoying the company of my church family and friends.

Outside of work, my greatest joy is spending time with my family, especially my children—they are my greatest treasure, and I probably talk about them too much! I also love cooking and experimenting with new recipes, especially using the organic vegetables we grow, always focusing on their nutritional benefits. When I’m not working, you’ll find me relaxing on the porch, enjoying nature, or during the fall, cheering on my favorite football team.

Kim Wise
Kim Wise brings a wealth of customer service experience to The Grogan Agency, with a career that has spanned banking, health, and auto insurance. Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Kim moved to South Dakota in 1988, where she graduated from Mitchell High School in 1995 before attending Northern State University and the University of South Dakota.
After relocating to Alabama in 2018, Kim worked in customer service at a new car dealership before deciding to pursue a career change. So in the spring of 2025, she joined The Grogan Agency and earned her producer’s license, combining her professional background with her passion for helping people protect what matters most.
Outside of work, Kim’s greatest joy is being a mom to her 16-year-old son, who is a sophomore and football player at Valley Head High School. On Friday nights, you’ll find her in the stands cheering him on. She also enjoys thrifting, crafting, reading, spending time with her extended family, and relaxing with her rescue dogs.
