I grew up in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and graduated from Tuscaloosa Senior High in 1967. I moved onto Kettering University and graduated in 1984 with a degree in Business (New Car Dealership Management). I have been working in the insurance industry for over 30 years now. I was the owner of Odum Insurance Agency in Winfield, Alabama until 1998, I then merged with David Hall Insurance in Hamilton, Alabama. Since 2019, we have merged with The Jay Grogan Agency. I enjoy helping my customers find affordable insurance that meets their needs. Additionally, I take pride in providing my customers with outstanding, personalized customer service.

Personally, I enjoy all aspects of computer-based technologies including web design, programming, and hardware/software design. When I’m not working, I enjoy taking my rescue dog, Chewy, on long walks in the park. I also enjoy grilling foods on my smoker and hunting. I have been a member of the local Lions Club for over 30 years and have served as Treasurer for many of those years. Through my work in this organization, I have had the opportunity to impact the lives of many people.
