Jay Grogan

I grew up in east Alabama, living mainly in Talladega and St. Clair counties. After attending college at The University of Alabama, I moved to Jefferson County in the city of Trussville. I have been in the insurance industry since 1996 where I began offering personal and commercial lines of business as well as life insurance and annuities. I am now a proud owner of The Grogan Agency. My favorite part about my work is helping people by protecting their hard-earned assets and financial futures with insurance solutions.

What I really enjoy personally and love to talk about are my three F’s:  Faith, Family, and Friends. On the weekend, you can find me spending time with family by the lake, beach, at an Alabama football game, or my favorite place…home. A fun fact about me is that I used to play for The Alabama Crimson Tide from 1980-1983 as a tight-end. I am passionate about working with businesses to give back to the community and am a member of our local rotary club, Trussville Daybreak.

I’ve been in the insurance field for over 15 years. I took a few years off when I had my son but I’m very glad to be back! What I enjoy most about my work is having the opportunity to help people and making sure they are protected from whatever they may face.

I grew up in Gadsden, AL, and moved to Odenville, AL in 1999 after I got married. I love spending time with my husband and our son. During our time together, we love being outside and enjoy nature with the two puppies we just got! When I’m not in the office you can usually find me outdoors with my family, chasing around our almost 5-year-old son!

In my free time, I have fun with the Silhouette I recently got. It’s interesting to see what all I can make with vinyl!

Kim White

I grew up outside of Birmingham near the Irondale-Leeds area. I received a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Alabama School of Business and have been a licensed insurance agent since 2013. What most excites me about my work is helping people make informed choices for their insurance needs.

My favorite things to do on my time off is day trips to the beach and picking up a good book to read. I also love to tend to my garden and grow beautiful, colorful flowers. On the weekends, I am usually at home, spending time with my family in the backyard. I am passionate about working with children and volunteer with the children’s ministry at my church as a 2nd grade teacher.

Lynne Purcell

I was born and raised in Commerce, Georgia, and moved to the Gardendale/Fultondale area in 2001. I started in the insurance industry in 2002 and have stuck with it ever since. I love being able to serve my customers and develop lifelong relationships. Being able to incorporate that into my day-to-day work life is a blessing.

My greatest joy in life is being a mom of 5 and a grandmother of 12 grandchildren. I try not to brag about them too much but it’s hard not to! My guilty pleasure would have to be movie and ice cream nights with my husband. On the weekend, I am usually doing yard work and just kicking back and relaxing.

Robyn Davis

I grew up in Jackson and Brandon, Mississippi, and am a 1986 graduate of Auburn University. War Eagle! My insurance career began in South Carolina in 1995 when I was looking for a career that would give me time for my family and serve other families as well.   I moved back to Alabama in 1997 and began working with The Grogan Agency. Every day, I look forward to helping individuals and families secure their financial futures.

I enjoy spending time with my husband, Joe, and my son, Payton. During our downtime, we like to go out to lunch, watch old movies, grill in our backyard, and travel to new places, near and far.    My guilty pleasure is reading up on biographies of famous and inspirational people.

I am passionate about serving the poor in my community and encouraging others to serve too.  I organize volunteers at my church to serve at local food banks and homeless shelters. I also lead small group mission trips to help smaller churches with limited resources in urban and rural areas that are serving the poor.

All of my insurance experience has been with The Grogan Agency, and I have always been extremely proud to be part of this team. I began as a personal lines customer service rep and now enjoy serving the agency as a systems administrator. I get to help build the processes that make our agency stand out from the others. I love to research the issues and find the best solutions so our team can deliver a seamless and rewarding experience for the customer.

I grew up in St. Clair County and spent most of my life there. I now live in Tuscaloosa. I studied English Literature and Humanities. I am a very proud mother of four amazing kids!
I also love classic literature. It is not unusual for me to have my nose in several books at a time… the older, the better. I love being with my family. We spend warm weekends on Lake Tuscaloosa and weeknights enjoying the children’s sporting activities.

Andrea S. Reinholtz

I grew up in a small rural town in Idaho, named Middleton. I graduated from our local high school and am currently attending college for a degree in Business. I began the journey in the insurance industry world in the spring of 2021. I was hired on at Geico as an account manager and sales rep! And now with The Grogan Agency! I LOVE being able to serve our communities and protecting what they care about most! I enjoy the creative thinking and problem-solving that this position requires. And lastly, our team is absolutely the most kind-hearted people I believe I’ve ever met!

Personally, I enjoy being outdoors with my husband and 11-year-old son (hunting, fishing, and hiking), as well as learning new things, and creating art! I love the show, “The Simpsons”. I have seen every episode at least twice. I collect rare and poisonous plants. You will either find me in the woods or behind a grill! I love to cook out and visit with the wonderful friends we are making here in Alabama. I am passionate about helping anyone and everyone that I can. In Idaho, my mother and I would volunteer at the local food pantry, and senior living facilities. We would collect donations and give them to those who could use them. It filled my heart!

Beth Martin

I grew up in East Lake and Huffman in Birmingham, AL.  Moved to Mobile, AL, and have been residing in Panama City Beach since 1992. I started in the insurance industry in 1978 – specialized in commercial lines insurance.  I obtained CPCU and AINS designations, and have worked with industrial, retail, Lessors risk and Contractors. What I like most about my job is that our work is different every day, with varied types of business clients who all have different insurance needs. I enjoy working with clients and companies to find and obtain insurance products that will fulfill their insurance needs with the best product and best economic value.

In my younger days, my husband and I were avid scuba divers.  He was the spearfisherman and I was the shell hunter.  We enjoyed vacation trips and weekend dive excursions.  In our current years, we enjoy the beach or anything around the water.  We value the time with our family and friends and have the pleasure of the companionship of our pets, Tikki and Wilson, a poodle, and Lhasa Apso. I love being outdoors, even if it involves work! I like to spend my weekends with my husband of 44 years, Randy, watching old movies, or sitting on the beach and enjoying the sun.
